Bringing 15 years of sales, human resources, recruiting, and management experience, Melissa is an industry expert known for her talent and skills in matching the right professional to the right opportunity. Prior to starting Chameleon Technologies, she held a variety of senior management, vendor management, recruiting, human resources, and sales positions for several companies in the technical staffing and consulting industry, including Consultis Information Technology and Codesic, Inc. Melissa is very active within the recruiting community. She served as the Marketing Chair for the Northwest Recruiters Association (NWRA), the leading professional recruiting organization in the Puget Sound, for two consecutive terms and is currently acting as an advisor on special projects. Melissa is also involved with the City of Kirkland's CEO Business Roundtable board. More recently, Melissa joined the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce Board. She enjoys working with the Chamber to discuss issues impacting the community and local businesses. It's a great outlet to make change within the community she lives and runs a business within.
Melissa graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. She also earned a Master of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis on leadership. During her time away from work, Melissa volunteers in community programs such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, where she participates as a Wish Granter. Melissa enjoys traveling, camping, skiing, and spending time with her family and bulldog, Dakota.

Mike is a proven professional with 15 years of industry experience. His expertise lies in executive management, sales and recruiting. Mike has worked with organizations that have operations throughout the United States as well as worldwide. He has fulfilled several roles including General Manager, Recruiting Manager, Senior Staffing Specialist, and Technical Recruiter. Previously at Consultis Information Technology, Mike was responsible for managing the sales, recruiting, and administration teams that delivered quality focused business processes, while increasing revenue and maintaining profitability. Before that, he served as a Senior Staffing Specialist at Spherion Technology Group
Mike graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and International Business. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the College of Business at Central Washington University, and is a board member for the Seattle Mariners RBI Club as well as SRUG (Seattle Rational Users Group). Mike is actively involved in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, fundraising for events throughout the year. Mike also enjoys playing baseball, tennis, traveling, boating, collecting autographed sports memorabilia, and spending time with his family and Yellow Lab, Cowboy. |
